ServiceMaster OneCall will provide highly trained and experienced cleaning technicians immediately after construction to clean whatever necessary to prepare for the debut of your finished work!

Post Construction Cleaning includes but is not limited to the following:

• Sweep, mop and machine scrub all ceramic tile floors and restroom floors
• Clean and disinfect all restrooms
• Dust all A/C vents and diffuser vents
• Clean and polish all appliances
• Vacuum any carpeted areas—remove any spots
• Dust all walls, baseboards, doors, door frames and windowsills, countertops, flat surfaces and wipe or polish if needed.
• Stairway and elevator cleaning
• Clean all glass—to include any mirrors (windows inside only)
• Kitchen and lounge area cleaning
• Clean reception area and foyer
• Trash removal
