Warner Inc., dba ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson, was founded in 1986 by its current owner and president, Steve Warner. In 1996, Billy Duckworth joined the team as vice president and partner. ServiceMaster OneCall, as it is known today, has grown to one of the largest contract service franchises of the ServiceMaster Clean Company and is the largest janitorial company in the Jackson, MS area.
We are a highly motivated team focused on providing the highest level of service. Our services and programs are customer driven, and are designed to meet and exceed customer expectations. We are also dedicated to providing the latest techniques in janitorial cleaning.
The ServiceMaster Clean Company has awarded ServiceMaster OneCall numerous awards including the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Club Awards, the Achiever Award, the President’s Achievement Award, the Expert Award and the Excellence Award for Service.
ServiceMaster OneCall has also achieved ServiceMaster Clean’s Steward Degree and the Quality Service Contractor (QSC) certification. The QSC certification is awarded only to the franchises that have strong programs and procedures in place for carefully selecting and screening new employees, documenting and providing employee performance incentives and conforming to ServiceMaster quality standards.
